I hired Pete Sullivan more than three years ago to help replace a small section of siding on my suburban house in New Jersey. Since then, he has not only replaced all the siding and roofing on my house, but completely renovated the entire interior, a multiyear job that included moving many walls, installing new tiles for the entire first floor, completely renovating the kitchen, and building a new gas fireplace and a custom cabinet for a TV lift. He most recently finished renovating a second floor bathroom. Pete is a pleasure to work with, and all of his work, and the work of his team, is top quality. His design suggestions are always insightful. Our next project is to install updated heated and cooling systems, as well as a solar collector.

Peter, the owner, provided all of the construction and cost details, professional suggestions, and explanations that we needed to make informed decisions. The project management and workmanship were excellent! The guys who worked on our home were very skilled (and VERY nice!) and we really appreciated the constant presence of the Project Manager, Dan, from start to finish. As a professional engineer having 33 years of experience in the NYC construction industry, I can be at times over critical when having work performed at home. Issues like scheduling work, attention to detail, and trying to get fair value for the work performed can be troublesome. Well, NOT with P J Sullivan. I was given an initial estimate and schedule and they meet both as promised. Their (and especially Peter and brother Dan Sullivan’s) attention to detail exceeded my expectations!
