Once we've gathered all the necessary information, we'll pair you with your dedicated project manager. Your project manager will guide you through the planning and design phase of your project.
They’ll work with you through our design services to bring your vision to life through meticulously planned designs tailored to your goals and preferences. Once created, your project manager will walk you through the finalized design renderings, scope of work, specifications, and budgetary estimates so that you're fully informed and ready to move forward.

3. Construction and Building
With the planning and design phase complete, it's time for the work to begin. Our team will start by obtaining any necessary permits, ordering materials, and building a schedule for a smooth construction phase.
During this phase, we will keep you informed about progress and schedule details so you always know what to expect. We take great care to protect your home during construction, implementing house protection measures to safeguard your property throughout the process.
We have strong relationships with top-tier suppliers and trade partners that are built from years of trust and partnership. This allows us to utilize only the highest-quality materials for your project.

4. Customer Care
Even after your project is complete, our commitment to your satisfaction doesn't end. We provide warranty coverage and scheduled visits so that your project continues to meet your expectations after construction has finished.
