I hired Pete Sullivan more than three years ago to help replace a small section of siding on my suburban house in New Jersey. Since then, he has not only replaced all the siding and roofing on my house, but completely renovated the entire interior, a multiyear job that included moving many walls, installing new tiles for the entire first floor, completely renovating the kitchen, and building a new gas fireplace and a custom cabinet for a TV lift. He most recently finished renovating a second-floor bathroom. Pete is a pleasure to work with, and all of his work, and the work of his team, is top quality. His design suggestions are always insightful. Our next project is to install updated heated and cooling systems, as well as a solar collector.

As a professional engineer having 33 years of experience in the NYC construction industry, I can be at times over critical when having work performed at home. The scope of our job entailed a new roof, James Hardie siding (cobblestone), a new stone chimney and front stoop (Old New England), copper chimney shroud, half-round bronze aluminum gutters, new garage doors, and lighting. The job took 2.5 months from start to finish and PJ Sullivan Construction was a great partner to work with. They were organized in the execution of each piece of the project and offered excellent aesthetic input for all of the design details. The tradespeople used for various aspects of the work were all professional, easy to work with and the area was always kept clean at the end of each workday.
