The scope of our job entailed a new roof, James Hardie siding (cobblestone), a new stone chimney and front stoop (Old New England), copper chimney shroud, half-round bronze aluminum gutters, new garage doors, and lighting. The job took 2.5 months from start to finish and PJ Sullivan Construction was a great partner to work with. They were organized in the execution of each piece of the project and offered excellent aesthetic input for all of the design details. The tradespeople used for various aspects of the work were all professional, easy to work with and the area was always kept clean at the end of each workday. As a professional engineer having 33 years of experience in the NYC construction industry, I can be at times over critical when having work performed at home.
